  • Step 4:<\/strong> Compose Statement on E-litigation system<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 5:<\/strong> File Certified True copy of Death Cert<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 6:<\/strong> File Applicant\u2019s Affidavit (with exhibits)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 7:<\/strong> File Admin Oath<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 8:<\/strong> Wait for Court Approval<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 9:<\/strong> File Schedule of Assets<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 10:<\/strong> Wait for Court to Approve<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 11 :<\/strong> Outcome of Probate application<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 12:<\/strong> Step 10: Do caveat search on elit<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Step 13:<\/strong> Request for extraction of grant (the document that allows the applicant to claim the deceased assets)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
